- správa rackového prostredia
- zameranie na hardwarové a softwarové aspekty sieťovej prevádzky v systéme LAN/WAN
- podpora technikov a ostatných zamestnancov, klientov
- starostlivosť o hardware a software
- riešiť požiadavky od našich zákazníkov súvisiace s Microsoft365
- nasadzovať MS365 riešenie pre nových zákazníkov
- výjazdy k zákazníkom a riešenie problémov cez vzdialenú správu
- poctivo všetko zapisovať do firemného IS
