Job description
- Pripravovanie ponúkaných jedál (hlavné jedlá, polievky, šaláty, dressingy, oblohy).
- Zodpovednosť za kvalitu pripravených pokrmov.
- Dodržiavanie presne stanovených postupov prípravy jedál.
- Organizovanie práce podriadených kuchárov a pomocných síl v kuchyni.
- Dodržiavanie prísnych hygienických štandardov a čistoty na pracovisku.
- Podieľanie sa na príprave jedálneho lístka.
- Kontrola kvality hotových jedál.
- Aranžovanie pripravovaných pokrmov a kladenie vysokého dôrazu na estetickú stránku pokrmov.
